Strap System Frame Rack

These aluminium external glass racks are designed to transport large frames, uPVC conservatories and garage doors on the side of any commercial vehicle. The racks can be fitted to either one or both sides of the vehicle. As standard, the system is supplied with safety marker boards, 2 ratchet straps and a half width roof rack. All Top Fleet racks have fantastic load capacity and are stamped with a SWL. You can be sure our glass racks are always up to the job! This type of rack is perfect for a window replacement company or garage door installer. The system firmly grips the load using the tension on the ratchet strap and friction on the rubber cross member. The rack is designed so that the ratchet straps simply click into place. This unique component was developed by Top Fleet in 2010 and is now fitted as standard to all our racks. The rack protector system means that a small bump needn’t mean expensive repairs to your rack, and that your trousers will be saved in the event of a leg-rack collision.

A very useful piece of kit to enable you to increase the load capacity from 135mm to 175mm, then fold it away when not needed.

We offer a demountable or removable glass rack on some vehicles. This is the perfect solution if you need to share a frail across several vehicles and you only need to transport glass infrequently.
